Registration Policies
Your
full payment of tuition to BTAC secures your reservation. You will not be sent
a confirmation notice.
Please register
at least one week prior to the start date.
BTAC reserves the right to cancel classes
due to low enrollment. You will be notified if a class is canceled.
Scholarships are available -
call to obtain a scholarship application.
Residency Policy- You
do not have to be a resident of Bloomington or a member of the Art Center in order
to participate in our classes, workshops or the exhibition program.
Materials- All Materials for adult classes, unless otherwise noted, will be supplied by the
students at their own expense. Materials for children's classes are included in
the cost of the class unless otherwise noted.
Refund Policy- If you
cancel your registration we will refund your tuition less a $15 administration
charge, providing it is five (5) or more working days prior to the first class
meeting or workshop. Cancellations after that time will not be eligible for a
tuition refund. Memberships fees are not refundable.
